Who we are
Vicliz AI Studio is run from North Carolina, United States. You can reach us at info@coachveekee.com or at stan.store/viclizdigitalcreations.
Custom projects and quotes
Our done-for-you services are custom projects. Each one is scoped and priced in a written quote that you approve before any work starts.
Payment
Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, are listed in your quote and invoice.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the app, content and data we build for you.
Portfolio
We may show non-confidential parts of your project in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, prices and claims shown in your app, pages and marketing.
Third-party tools
Your project may use third-party tools and platforms for hosting, payments, email, calendar and AI. They have their own prices and terms, which can change at any time.
AI outputs
AI makes mistakes. Please review AI outputs before relying on them or sharing them with your customers.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any income or specific business results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without taking away any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms for future projects. The version in place when you approve your quote applies to that project.
